Simply change from the APRS channel to 145.825. That's it.

HOWEVER, when the ISS digipeats the WIDEn-N it does not insert its calllsign, so you cannot prove that you were digipeated by the ISS. So it is better to change yoru path to go via ARISS and then it will get changed to RS0ISS* on the way back down.
